Math Treasures for Teachers is a 5 week online MOODLE Course for teachers who want to discover “Math Treasures” on the World Wide Web that can be used in math classrooms with the comprehensive curriculum. There is no face- to-face component to this course. Everything is conducted via email and the EPSB MOODLE site at http://moodle.epsb.com. Participants should be prepared to devote a minimum of two hours per week to the internet work. Internet access from home is a requirement for the course. Participants will receive 10 CLUs and Tech Points for the course. All class work MUST be done outside of school hours… before 8:00 a.m. and after 3:00 p.m. Printables for the course are due to the EPSB Central Office by March 26, 2010.
